Maggie Smith graduated from TNCS in 1992. She received her BFA in studio art with an emphasis in clay from Brenau University in 1997, and today, she creates porcelain and soft sculptures as well as functional and decorative pottery. Her work is sold in stores in Atlanta, Georgia and Brooklyn, New York. Maggie is a founding member of CabbageTown Clay and Glass Works, an educational art co-op in Atlanta. She's also a member of Omicron Delta Kappa (a national leadership honor society). She works as the Exhibitions Manager at Quirk Gallery in Richmond, Virginia and serves on the TNCS Alumni Associatio Executive Committee.
