Maggie Smith graduated from TNCS in 1992. She received her BFA in studio art with an emphasis in clay from Brenau University in 1997, and today, she creates porcelain and soft sculptures as well as functional and decorative pottery in her studio at Art Works in Richmond, Virginia. Her work is sold in stores in Atlanta, Georgia and Brooklyn, New York. Maggie is a founding member of CabbageTown Clay and Glass Works, an educational art co-op in Atlanta. She's also a member of Omicron Delta Kappa (a national leadership honor society) and serves as the Vice President of the TNCS Alumni Association.
