Professional Institute

Teachers, school administrators and parents who want to learn more about dyslexia are encouraged to participate in our Summer Professional Institute. This series of classes gives an in-depth look at pertinent topics on dyslexia education. Courses include hands-on workshops for teaching and encouraging the dyslexic student, as well as general courses introducing you to the topic.

Scholarships are available to parents and teachers as a result of a gift from the Learning Disabilities Council. Please contact the school for details.

Summer Programs

TNCS offers a Middle School Summer Program for rising 6-8th graders and a Professional Institue for parents, teachers and administrators.

Middle School focus on improving skills in reading, writing, mathematics, keyboarding, organization and physical fitness. The Professional Institute offers strategies to help students succeed both in the classroom and beyond.
