Health & Wellness

Saber Strong

Being Saber Strong is an important part of our students’ success. Saber Strong is not just how well you perform on the athletic field, how many pounds you can lift, or how fast you can run. Saber Strong is the health of mind, body, and spirit. Keeping our students healthy and resilient is of vital importance to their personal and academic growth. That is why TNCS developed a comprehensive wellness program, which not only offers wellness courses and health and wellness-focused clubs, but it also focuses on the wellness of every student and faculty member.

A Message from the TNCS Counseling Team:

We are excited to partner with you in supporting your student’s academic, social, and emotional growth from 5th through 12th grade. Whether your student is entering middle school or navigating the high school years, we are here to provide guidance, resources, and a safe space for them to thrive.

Our mission as counselors is to ensure that each student feels seen, heard, and supported. We focus not only on academic success but also on promoting emotional well-being, fostering healthy relationships, and helping students build essential life skills. We offer individual counseling, group sessions, and workshops on topics such as stress management, conflict resolution, college planning, and career exploration.

Collaboration with families is an important part of our approach. We encourage open communication and are available to discuss any concerns or questions you may have. Our College & Career team will also offer parent workshops and informational sessions throughout the year to help you stay informed about key deadlines and how to best support your child’s journey while at TNCS and beyond!

We believe that by working together—students, families, and school staff—we can create a strong, supportive community where every student can succeed. We look forward to getting to know your family and being part of your student’s educational journey.
